GA Guard Youth Program and sfrs team host #MOMC film retreat

The Georgia National Guard teamed up with the State Family Readiness Support Team to host a free Film Retreat for local military youth. #MilKids worked together to write, act, produce, direct, and edit their own short feature-film with the help of local actors and producers! The film will be featured in two segments... a promo video/commercial (included below) and a full-feature short film (coming soon!). If you want to be included in the next film activity with our Youth Team, join us at our summer film camp, which can be accessed on this site under the events tab. The mission of Georgia National Guard State Youth Program is to prepare Georgia #MilKids for success in a dynamic global society by providing leadership responsive to the unique needs of our military youth.

We are committed to our Guard youth by promoting programs and services on an emotional, social, and educational level while building character development in a positive enviornment.

The Georgia National Guard Youth Program develops youth leadership and connects Military youth. Our services help military families prepare and cope effectively with deployment by building their resiliency.
